This Privacy Policy describes how E115 Industries (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Chainmaker (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information We Collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name. We do not receive your Apple ID password, and we receive your email only if you choose to share it.
- Gameplay data. Your puzzle results, completion times, scores, achievements, and streaks, which power leaderboards and progress tracking.
- Device information. A device identifier, app version, and platform (iOS), used to operate the service and prevent abuse.
You may use the App as a guest without signing in. In that case, we associate gameplay data with an anonymous device‑based identifier.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to operate and maintain the App, provide leaderboards and achievements, save your progress, prevent cheating and abuse, respond to support requests, and improve the App.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the App (such as hosting), with Apple Game Center if you choose to use those features, and where required by law. Leaderboard entries display your chosen display name and score to other players.
Notifications
If you grant permission, the App schedules local reminders on your device that a new daily puzzle is available. These reminders are generated entirely on your device — we do not send remote push notifications. You can disable them at any time in your device’s Settings.
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings → Account inside the App, or by contacting us at info@e115industries.com.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@e115industries.com.
Third‑Party Services
The App uses Apple’s Sign in with Apple and (optionally) Apple Game Center, which are governed by Apple’s privacy policy. We encourage you to review Apple’s policies for information on their practices.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
